About the event

This winter, join me on Wednesday morning online for a by donation Pranayama & Meditation class.


Join Alex for a serene and revitalizing Pranayama and Meditation class, designed to awaken your inner peace and vitality. This 30-minute online session is open to all levels of practice—no prior experience is necessary.


Guided by techniques rooted in the traditional teachings of Hatha Yoga, as passed down through the Adi Nath Shiv lineage and shared by my teacher and Yoga Master Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu, this morning practice will help clear your physical, mental, emotional and energetic body.
